We reserve the right to charge extra for very complicated printing requirements. We would of course, where possible, advise you of the extra cost in advance.

We deem our order form to be the definitive version of any order. The customer can ask for the order form to be emailed only if they wish to confirm all details. We will not be responsible for errors made should your order be sent in any other format than our order form.

All export orders must be paid with order.

We reserve the right to send goods in the most appropriate manor and may make additional charges should the item be required urgently.

Payment terms for approved account customers are strictly NET 30 DAYS from date of invoice.

Overdue accounts accrue interest charges of 5% per month

All sizes are approximate. Descriptions and illustrations are provided as a general guide only.

We reserve the right to print centres, tails, badges and sashes by the method most suitable.

All our rosettes carry our contact details on the reverse; you must advise us if you wish these to be removed at additional cost.

We reserve the right to change specifications or prices without prior notice, substitute other materials or colours, if quoted or ordered materials or colours are unavailable.

No responsibility for errors will be accepted on orders placed verbally or by telephone unless confirmed in writing before commencement of manufacture.

We reserve the right to amend prices where necessary.

Deliveries are undertaken at customers own risk subject to carriers' normal terms and conditions.

The customer accepts responsibility for all printing ordered and indemnifies Darlow Rosettes against copyright or propriety rights infringements.
